Delivery & Shipments

Delivery times may vary depending on the country. Within the UAE, you will receive your order within 1-2 Working days upon placing your order. This includes the printing time for your custom order. Once the order is shipped you will receive an email & Whats App with the tracking number so you may keep track of it and/or follow-up with it at your convenience.

In-case you need it earlier, you can give us a call or chat with us to see if we can accommodate your request before placing your order.

Please note that for orders including campaign-related merchandise or brand store products, delivery times and rates may vary dependent on the specific campaign or store’s terms.

Other Shipping Terms:

  • Infinity Apparels will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC (Office of Foreign Assets Control) sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
  • Multiple orders or shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement.

The moment you complete your purchase, your delivery will be processed. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided, which includes the goods you have ordered and their cost.
